Jared administrates a message board for a small punk record label. In 2007, Becca joined the site to learn information about a local show and the two became friends. In October of that year, Jared and Becca both attended The Fest (an annual music festival in Gainesville, FL) and decided to meet up. They instantly clicked and decided that weekend to be together, despite living across the county from one another. Becca graduated college that spring and moved to California.
